We want you to love your Tinned Fish Candle!
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, just send us a message at info@tinnedcandle.com, and we’ll walk you through the process.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing your refund.
Shipping:
All orders ship from our studio in Atlanta, Georgia. We pack and ship orders within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We currently ship within the U.S. and offer international shipping to select countries. If you need something by a specific date, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to make it happen!

We sure do! We mostly use Faire, but you can always email us to order directly from us.
Yes! We’re always looking to grow and introduce new products. We just released our fish-shaped taper candles, and we’re planning to launch up to four new scents this year, along with soap—a new addition we’re really excited about! Stay tuned for more details as we continue expanding our lineup.
Our candles are priced to reflect the care, craftsmanship, and quality ingredients that go into every piece. Each one is handmade, hand-poured, hand-sealed, and hand-wrapped with attention to detail, ensuring a unique and high-quality product. We also primarily sell wholesale, meaning we offer our candles to stockists at half the retail price, making them accessible to small specialty shops while still maintaining our commitment to quality.
